P1i 3g modem setup with Macbook Pro

2007 October 18

Argh.. I’ve been searching, testing and trying out all that I know and read about setting up my p1i to be use as a modem with my Mac. However, so far I’m still unable to connect to my 3g celcom. I can’t really find an exact step by step or at least an explanation on how to connect my p1i to be use as a modem with my mac.

Anyone have any idea how? I’m going back to Miri soon and I really want to make sure I can use my 3g unlimited broadband connection with my Mac. I manage to use N70 and I do not see any difference in the setting I’ve used.

Anyone knows?

Yeah, its frustrating sometime. I’m able to use my N70 3g to connect to my Macbook Pro. Try updating your OS, gud luck!

There is a simple and straightforward guide how to setup a bluetooth modem with your Mac. No software required. Not as sleek as some PC suite, but works. The point is: there is currently no communication suit software for Mac :=(
